I also offer virtual training and online programs.  Virtual training is done via webcam using the equipment that you have available. Online programs are 100% customized to your needs & goals and can be performed on your own, whether that be at your gym, home or any other location.  After the end of each week’s workouts, I’ll review your results, analyze submitted  videos, and via text, email or phone, discuss any corrections or modifications to your technique and/or routine.
